ēst is a progressive tasting menu restaurant located in the heart of the vibrant Queen Street East community of Riverside, Toronto. Featuring the creations of world recognized Chef Sean MacDonald, our cuisine is truly Canadian and influenced by the many cultures within Canada’s borders. An intimate 30 seat space, we are open six days per week for dinner service and late night cocktails. Table seating capacity is at 22 for our tasting menu (reservation only) with an additional eight seats at the bar for our walk-in guests. For our tasting menu guests, we have both traditional and vegan options available. Both are six courses with the option of adding a wine pairing to compliment your dining experience.
