Dr. Theresa Casteels is a licensed psychologist who does individual psychotherapy for a range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Dr. Casteels also runs groups in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) as well as teaching and training in this area. Dr. Theresa Casteels also has part-time associates who do both individual and couples counselling.
