Underhill Geomatics Ltd. (UGL) was established in Vancouver in 1913 and has operated continuously since then, providing comprehensive geomatics expertise to industry, government and the private sector. Our organizational structure stems from the original partnership of its founders, F.C. Underhill and J.T. Underhill. Their sense of equity, cooperation and responsibility to their employees and community pervades the philosophy of the organization to this day. UGL's Whitehorse office, established in 1970, continues to serve the Yukon, NWT, Nunavut and Northern BC with a full range of locally managed services. We provide legal land surveys, professional services for land development, hydrographic surveys, construction engineering surveys, precise industrial alignment surveys, monitoring surveys, global positioning surveys (includes GPS assisted aerial photography, and GIS geo-referencing), conventional control surveys, mining and exploration surveys, drone surveys and topographic surveys.
