I have over 25 years' experience as a counsellor, educator, and artist. I hold a deep belief in the creative arts as a vehicle for healing and well-being. All my services: counselling, workshops or classes are person-centred, non-judgemental, choice focused and trauma informed. As a Metis woman and artist, I have a deep regard for the culture, well-being and creative practices of my Metis relations as well as those of other Indigenous people.
My services address healing of mind, body, spirit and emotion to anyone who is seeking to live with balance, creativity and spirit. I believe that when we live mindfully, creatively and explore our potential more fully; we will not just survive, but will thrive. This has been my experience of following a healing path.
