Have you spent your valuable time and hard earned cash looking for the one that can "fix" you? Well, I did too. As someone who suffered with lower back pain for the best part of 10 years (effectively 1 third of my life) I understand the unique frustrations of not being able to do the simple things like getting out of bed easily, or running for a bus, or even picking up my son to play with him.
I bounced from therapist to therapist, all giving me a different diagnosis but getting the same treatment. But I soon realised, I didn't need someone to "fix" me, I needed someone to understand and help me!
And that is what has shaped the philosophy in my clinic. I aim to work with the person to get to the true cause of their pain. We work together to eliminate your pain and get you back to living a full life. I make my self available outside of clinic hours to ensure to answer queries you may have and to ensure you are getting the most out of the work we set at home. We may have a Skype follow up to track your progress and see if you are coping well. After all, you are putting your trust in me, the least I can do is repay you the favour!
