At Animates we offer the complete pet experience, where pet lovers will find everything they need for their pets - food, toys, educational books, glossy mags, health products, puppy training, loads of good advice and a constant supply of pets.Most stores have an in-house veterinary service, and some even have a grooming parlour!Since 1996, we've introduced pet owners to all sorts of regular Animates events including the annual Pet Fashion Parade, Pet Fun Days, Aqua Fun Days, Pet Photos with Santa, Puppy Play School, and heaps of school holiday activities.Fantastic staff and a dedication to customer service saw two thirds of our stores nominated as finalists in the 2004 Top Shop Awards.We often say that visiting Animates is a bit like a free trip to the zoo!
