Areas in which instructions as counsel are accepted:
Contract Law, Employment and Health and Safety, ACC claims, reviews and appeals, Immigration, Disciplinary investigations and hearings, Reviews of investigations carried out by employers, Equity Claims. Please note that for instructions as counsel an instructing solicitor is required.
As a Mediator I have been instructed to mediate a wide area of claims. These include Employment matters, Contractual disputes of a commercial and construction nature, (including shipbuilding ), property disputes (including boundary issues, subsiding land, nuisances), share milking disputes. No instructing solicitor is required for instruction as a mediator.
