And because we do not have to cover the costs of all of the overheads that our competitors carry, we guarantee to design & build that product for less than any of our major competitors.Although we specialise in high quality properties, we have plans and specifications for homes of all shapes and sizes to suit any budget. If we dont have a plan that you like, then we can design a home specifically for you, or modify a set of existing plans. When we price and build your home, we price and build it so it is ready for you to move in as soon as we are finished with nothing further to do. What is the point of buying a new home that does not include carpet, or fences, or landscaping, or driveways? The list goes on when it comes to exclusions that many others leave out of the build process (and their quote), but we include it all.
