Your Invercargill hosts Dawn & Ray Clark offer true Southern Hospitality in clean & comfortable surroundings at our Invercargill Motel. The accommodation property is opposite the Invercargill Water Tower from which we get the motel name. Centrally located and just a few minutes walk from everywhere.

Our motel is frequently praised for its cleanliness and well stocked kitchens. The rooms have all been recently upgraded with modern colours that offer a relaxing environment for the business traveller.

We are family friendly accommodation with DVD’s for the kids and a small playground. We have available one and two bedroom units that also suit families well so please let us know your needs and we will assist in any way we can.
