Transporting Agricultural Equipment and Machinery anywhere from the Waikato Region to the Cape.Tracta Tranz Ltd, a Northland Owned and Operated CompanyI started Tracta Tranz in 2005 with a small vision and a small truck.In 2006 the McLeans joined the business as partners as the small vision had developed into a much bigger one. Now in 2009 we are running four trucks.We are based in Whangarei and service from the Waikato, carting mainly new agricultural machinery from distributors to dealers anywhere between there and the cape.This service is not only reserved for distributors however but for any farm to farm or site to site job in the same area as above.Dealing in the agricultural sector we found out how big New Zealand is and now have a group of carriers who work with us servicing all parts of the country.A 6 wheeler for the small jobs around town carrying up to 9 Ton. This unit has a winch and full rear ramps.There are two of these in the fleet. They have a 9mt long Beaver Tail Decks with winches and ramps and 1mt high decks. They are capable of carrying up to 14 Ton. We have on mainly doing local shifts while the other is servicing Auckland and Waikato areas several times each week.This is our latest edition to the fleet. With a 9 mt lower deck at 850mm high and 4 mt top deck at 1500mm high, with hydraulic ramps an towed by a 460 Isuzu Tractor unit. This works well as it can cart big machinery one way and a combination of machinery the other way.
