Large items of plant have been refurbished to original manufacturer specifications.Concrete and CementOver the years we have provided our services to New Zealand's major producers of concrete and cement, including Holcim, Firth, Humes and Stresscrete.Flighting and Screw ConveyorsJP Marshall Engineering designs and manufactures high performance auger flights (sometimes referred to as screw conveyors) for a wide range of applications including grain, stock food, woodchip, meat processing, dewatering, coal and ash handling applications.We can provide a ready-to-weld product or pipe or shaft mounted, designed in a variety of materials (ranging from 3 to 20mm thickness) including stainless, mild steel, aluminium and bissalloy.Waste Water Treatment: Clarifiers and ThickenersFor a number of years JP Marshall has fabricated vessels used in the treatment of waste water produced by quarries and mineral processing plants.The units are produced for a local supplier, who leads the field in water clarification technology, within the aggregate and mineral processing industries.Drilling RigsJP Marshall recently completed manufacture of an oil exploration rig capable of drilling to 4000 metres, for NRG Drilling.The modular design allows the rig to be containerised into 12 truckloads, facilitating ease of transport on New Zealand roads and quick deployment in the field.Contact the team at J.P Marshall today
