Student Job Search (SJS) is an awesome employment service dedicated to getting tertiary students jobs. SJS matches the needs of employers with New Zealand’s next generation of talent. For 30 years SJS has been playing their part in making sure tertiary students get jobs that pay now and later.
SJS is a not for profit registered charity and is 100% free for all employers. Once employers list jobs on the SJS website, SJS will then interview applicants on behalf of the employer, to make sure they match the criteria of the job. SJS will refer the first students who best match what the employer is looking for.
Students who use SJS have the ability to apply for jobs online, receive alerts for certain jobs, track applications and best of all get jobs that fit in with their schedule. Each year SJS fills on average 25,000 vacancies which amount to over $60 million in student earnings.
