If an item cannot be repaired it will be replaced. Faulty items can be exchanged for the same item within 7 days of purchase, if that item is not in stock it will be ordered for you. We regret that there are no refunds under any circumstances. Different item exchanges for working or broken products are not possible as many products are often used for a single situation for a brief amount of time. Battery problems due to overcharging or similar situations are not covered beyond the initial seven day return window. When purchasing your item please
