Thank you for taking the time to view the information here regarding the clinical services I offer. I am a registered clinical psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), holding a Masters degree in clinical psychology from North West University.
I mainly work with individuals, children couples and teenagers or young adults. My primary focus in therapy is to provide options were a person might feel that there is no option available Working with relationships and personal development is also a passion of mine. My therapeutic style is very eclectic and ” Rogerian” as I pay lots of attention to the individual and our relationship. It is imperative to me that a person who is hurting has a safe and comfortable environment where healing can take place.
With My integrated approach, my aim in working with clients is to explore the internal conflicts, past traumas and unhelpful coping strategies which hamper an individual in fully understanding and appropriately meeting their personal wants and needs at this point in their life, in attaining a sense of personal well being, as well as achieving satisfying relationships with self and others
