SCIP was founded in 1997 by Mr E P Mogale and Mr J D Booyens. In October 2001, the company merged with Booyens & Koorn Consulting Engineers, a group of consulting engineers who had been in business since 1985 and who has wholeheartedly committed themselves to the BEE process.
