SEWON CELLONTECH Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of process equipment (PE). The Company operates in three categories of businesses: PE business, which manufactures pressure vessels, reactors heat exchangers, columns, heat exchangers and others used for petrochemical, oil and gas, power and other industries; mechanics and engineering (ME) business, which manufactures pumps, valves, cylinders and others used for automation equipment, machine tools, steel equipment and others, and regenerative medical system (RES) business, which provides therapy and stem cell storage services, as well as manufactures pharmaceuticals and collagen cosmetics. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had four affiliated companies.
