In addition, it engages in the provision of middleware under the brand name of Entera, as well as provision of maintenance, technical support and software education services. On April 12, 2011, it completed the merger with its wholly owned subsidiary, mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sale of electronic parts and communication equipment. On April 29, 2011, the Company changed its name from GEOMENTO Co.,Ltd. to TRAIS Co., Ltd. On May 25, 2012, the Company acquired a 100% stake in a Korea-based company, mainly engaged in school franchise related business.
