Keystone Global Co.,Ltd. is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the energy business. The Company operates in two business divisions: energy division and smart card division. Its energy division engages in the wholesale of coals. Its smart card division engages in the development and provision of smart cards containing integrated circuit (IC) chips embedded with application software, as well as provides smart card solutions. The Company distributes coals within domestic market and to overseas markets, including Japan, Vietnam, India and others. On June 30, 2011, the Company sold its entire shares of a Korea-based company, engaged in the development of new renewable energy.
