Its ESL division provides language skills in communicating in English, under the brand names such as April Institute, Chungdahm Institute and others. Its contents division provides learning programs, contents and learning materials through Internet and mobile devices. It also engages in the franchise business. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had five affiliated companies. On February 15, 2012, the Company acquired a 54.89% stake in a Korea-based education company.
