CTL, INC. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of light emitting diodes (LEDs). The Company produces LEDs, which are used in automobile lightings, household appliances, communication equipment, office automation (OA) equipment and other electronics. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had three affiliated companies. On October 31, 2012, the Company merged with Accuris Co., Ltd, a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of printed circuit boards. After the merger, the Company survived and Accuris Co., Ltd was dissolved.
