Dongbuka No. 14 Ship Investment Company (the Fund) is a Korea-based investment fund engaged in the ship building market. The Fund aims to make a profit for investors by investing in a vessel through its subsidiary High Speed 8 Shipping Company S.A. The Fund was created to acquire a container weighing 4,700 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) built by Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. The vessel has been chartered to Hyundai Merchant Marine for 12 years from the point of delivery. The investment manager of the Fund is Korea Marine Finance Corporation (KOMARF) and its custodian is Korea Development Bank (KDB).
