D.I CORPORATION is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of semiconductor inspection equipment. The Company produces semiconductor inspection equipment such as monitoring burn-in testers (MBTs), test burn-in testers (TBTs), wafer level burn-in testers (WBTs), burn-in boards (BIBs) and wafer test boards (WTBs). In addition, it produces electronic components such as electromagnetic wave shielding, electro-magnetic interference (EMI) absorbers and thermal interface materials. It also involves in the manufacture of hydro blocks, ultraviolet disinfection systems, sludge collectors and others.
