SEABANG GLOBAL BATTERY CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of storage batteries. The Company provides three categories of products: automotive batteries, which are used for passenger cars, buses, trucks, construction equipment, tractor-trailer and other; industrial batteries, which are used for uninterruptible power supply systems (UPSs), electrical communication systems, factory automation systems, power plants, military and security devices and others, as well as motorcycle batteries. The Company provides its products under the brand name of ROCKET. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had 21 affiliated companies.
