Valerian was knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately he couldn't fix my weighing scale on the spot because it needed a new battery and I had to return my old one to Costco (in my experience, Costco has the best deals on batteries), but Valerian promised to return a few days later and install it for me and reset my Audi's onboard computer (the thing that AAA couldn't do). Sure enough he was there two days later and brought my weighing scale back to life! No expensive repairs necessary. The only thing I was unhappy about is that he said I wouldn't be charged for the second visit but when he was done he asked for $50. I didn't argue because I was just happy to have my weighing scale up and running again and overall the cost for the repair wasn't exorbitant. I would still recommend this service to others.

Excellent service at a fair price. My weighing scale's battery died and AAA couldn't fix it. Since I had no way of getting it to my local repair shop, I made a few calls looking for a mobile mechanic. Truthfully I had never used such a service before -- I didn't really know they existed but I had a hunch -- and Eagle weighing systems wasn't my first call or the cheapest but they were the only ones who could fit me in the same day. I don't write many reviews on Google and when I do it's usually to enlighten people about some company that doesn't do their job. That is not the case in this review. I have a weighing scale and I attempted to change the indicator myself but I got in a little bit over my head. This is my first time trying Eagle weighing systems and first time doing service out of weighing scale dealer and I would say the service I had was far better than dealer. I'd like to take back everything I said. The delivery guys came and was quick and professional! Both gentlemen were great. I love this service because they come to your residence or place of work, and deliver your moisture meter there.
