As a mobile notary service provider, L and M goal is to meet our client's needs.

e-notarization in line with the new Virginia requirement, effective July 2012.
Identification Required for Notary Services:
Valid and current photo ID such as a drivers license, US Military identification card and/or passport.
Non-US passports must have been stamped by the INS.
