Millan & Company, P.C. is a full service CPA firm located in Austin, Texas. We have seven degreed accountants, four of whom are professionally designated CPAs having combined business experience of over forty years. The firm, located just a couple of blocks from the beautiful State Capital building in downtown Austin, was founded by Richard Millan in 1985. Our services range from tax and estate planning and compliance and financial reporting, to full business management services for a select number of entities.
Of our client concentrations, we emphasize non-profit educational, scientific, charitable organizations, and trade associations and foundations. Presently, we assist in the management, audit, investments, accounting, and reporting of various groups in this area with combined assets of over fifty-five million dollars. Included in these duties are the oversight of compliance with federal and state grants and tax exempt bond auditing.
