ESPECIALLY 4 U, is owned and operated by Shayann Brookins Jones, a native of POLK COUNTY with a passion for cooking great southern comfort food. Ms.Jones was also a supervisor with the Polk County, Clerk of the Court and after completing 30 years of service decided to take her love for cooking to the next level.
