I started in this industry back in 1990. It didn’t take me long to realize that there were many people who didn’t have a solid grasp of what Medicare—and insurance in general—entailed. That’s why I eventually started my own agency; I wanted to help others navigate a confusing but necessary environment. One of my passions is helping others.
