Established in 1978 In 1978 Mr. and Mrs. Wilton started a carpet cleaning company that made a big hit in the local community. Soon after in 1986, they made a splash in the floor installation industry. The name “Wilton’s” was so well known, it was readily recognized as the absolute BEST flooring store in South Texas. Most of the staff working at Wilton’s have been with us since the 1980s. Mr. Wilton provided hours of hands-on training and seminars for his staff and others. Mr. Thurmond E. Wilton was the first generation of Wilton’s.
