Irina Polansky, PA-C, is a board-certified family medicine physician assistant who sees patients 18 years and older. She provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, well-woman exams, vaccinations, pre-employment exams and school and sports physicals. Irina manages minor illnesses and injuries, cold and flu symptoms, and chronic conditions, including asthma, allergies, COPD, depression, ADHD, anxiety, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, osteoporosis and thyroid disease.
