RBI started in 2015 because there was no indoor facility in northern Benton county for teams to practice. It was started FOR THE KIDS. We continue to grow so we can serve more kids; kids with our same love of the game that want to excel and be successful at the next level. We have teams for various age groups so as each athlete grows they can grow within one organization and have consistency in learning THE GREATEST GAME EVER PLAYED!
We teach not only the physical skills but mental skills needed to succeed. We teach the athletes how to "self diagnose" issues so on the field they know how to make adjustments on their own. We teach each athlete how to be humble in victory and respectful in defeat. We teach them how to conduct themselves as young athletes. We teach them to respect authority. We teach them to respect all teams, players and coaches but fear none!
