Ellie’s clinical approach is trauma-informed, relational and centered in critical, liberatory, anti-racist philosophies and disability justice praxis. She considers the whole person within the many systems of power that can make us sick as well as the cultures and relationships that heal us. Within a holistic lens, Ellie uses narrative therapy, internal family systems, and somatic techniques. Her strengths are interpersonal warmth, humor, flexibility, spirituality, and creativity. A lifelong learner, she is always eager and willing to learn new therapeutic techniques.
