We offer our Local, grassfed, all natural Bishop raised beef upon request, with delicious California raised,Certified Angus beef as our standard.Both are excellent, and of high quality. We also have many Gluten Free options and Vegetarian choices, please ask any of our knowledgable staff to see what we have available for you- we have too many specialty items to list on our daily menu, and can generally accommodate most requests.This time of year we serve as much locally grown organic produce as we can, and you can taste the difference!
