13 American Table is a family owned restaurant located on the North side of East Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton. The owner, Alberto Aletto, did not get the name by counting the amount of tables (there's actually 25 tables), but rather by honoring the foundation of the United States of America. Aletto, the proud son of Italian immigrants, is a first generation American who truly embraces the idea that the United States is nothing short of a melting-pot of different cultures, bringing with them different styles of cooking and a wide variety of flavors from all over the world. The "13" represents the beginning, the 13 stripes on the Flag and the 13 colonies they represented. The menu is a tribute to how we view American Cuisine today.
