The office staff was very kind and professional. I was glad that the appointment schedule was very fast. It was quick service. The technician was here on time and performed his job immediately. He did fix my refrigerator that was leaking perfectly. I was so appreciative for he explained each part of the process and was very kind the entire service. The quality of the repair was good.
