Since 2019, RISE Services, Inc. has been dedicated to transforming the lives of the individuals and families we serve through the delivery of person-centered services.

Our services have expanded to best support adults and children with highly diverse support needs in a wide variety of settings. These include habilatative intervention, support services, recreational services, certified family homes, developmental therapy, self-direction, supported living, behavioral health, community-based rehabilitation services, case management, counseling, medication management, and employment services.
