Paul Toland is an active practicing attorney in the state of Massachusetts. He specializes in immigration, criminal defense, and civil litigation. His passion and experience in the law has resulted in numerous successful outcomes for his clients. Attorney Toland started his career working as an assistant district attorney for the commonwealth of Massachusetts for about three years. Since then, he has been helping those in need in his fields of practice in the private sector. He has helped immigrants attain their permanent residency, citizenship, asylum claims, numerous visas, and win at the immigration court. He has advocated zealously in the criminal justice system attaining multiple dismissals and “not guilty” verdicts for his clients. Attorney Toland is a trial lawyer and has tried over 100 cases to date. He has also successfully vacated dozens of criminal convictions for many clients. Keeping families together is his mission.
