I absolutely love this place and the people there !!! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed! The instructors are very encouraging and helpful!! You are never alone!! I fell in love with I love kickboxing from my first class and I'm very happy I joined!! This was just the change I needed! No workout is the same and they make sure to keep you on your toes!! I recommend to anyone and everyone!

If you want a great workout in a great environment, this is the place for you! The instructors are tough, but supportive, and the workouts never leave you feeling cheated. They are INTENSE! The gym is clean and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I highly recommend ILKB to anyone who asks me.
