Their seasonal selection is great, particularly around Halloween and Christmas. General craft selection is great as well. One thing is the disposable cookware/tableware section is missing some staples items (like chafing dish selection and basic disposable cups). Great prices comparable with stores in the pinata/party district, though you can't haggle. Their deals on floral foam are unbeatable when there's a sale, so check often. With any large, really busy store in the are, staff can be a hit and miss. However, I personally have had some REALLY great people help me. Particularly the managers who definitely go above and beyond if you show them respect and kindness.
