Massage is a physical therapy involving manual manipulation of the skeleto-muscular system that creates us. Massage is used to help aid those aches and pains that we cannot seem to just shake off. As a therapist I am here to try and help aid you within those physical pains and create a balance within you emotionally and physically. Here you will be in a warm, friendly, inviting environment. You will be relaxed, but your problems will also be focused on, as the goal is to have you leaving feeling with greater ease and comfort; slowly getting you back into your own harmony. Each session will be different and geared toward helping your aches, but also relaxing you. Modifying technique, pressure, and goals as time goes on.
