I feel privileged to have spent more than 20 years as a pediatric nurse practitioner in the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Division at the University of Vermont Children’s Hospital.Caring for children and families facing a cancer diagnosis requires a thoughtful, individualized approach. I believe in providing comprehensive care that honors each patient’s unique experience, using education and anticipatory guidance to help families feel informed, supported and empowered.I’m continually inspired by the strength and resilience of the children I care for.
