Dr. Horn, a full time inpatient psychiatrist, joined UVM Health Network in 2013. He has a special interest in mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders.
Dr. Horn believes that mutual trust and respect are paramount in the doctor-patient relationship, and he strives to help patients set goals and choose the best treatment options to reach these goals
