A late fee of $10.00 will be charged to any account 20 days past due. At that time, the unit will be over locked and access to the gate will be denied. Cash, money order, or credit cards are required to eliminate the over lock. Our company offers traditional storage units, as well as Temperature Control units. Temperature Control units are heated and cooled depending on season. All customers are required to access the gate with a unique personalized code.
