We were originally founded by Zeke Fowler in 1942, and later he was joined by his sons, Jimmy, Ray, and A.C. Eventually, Jimmy Fowler along with the help of his wife, Onzelle, ran the business over 35 years. In 2011, their son-in-law, David Vann, and daughter, Andrea Vann, purchased the company. David had worked for Jimmy several years, as well as, for other environmental drilling companies.
