Our providers and staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality medical care to our patients and the best service to their families. We offer daily appointments available for acute needs, and extended early and late hours several days per week, along with some Saturday hours, as well. Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Cherry Hill Village is a designated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their families (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.
