Bobby Medlin has been with South State since 2017 and has over 20 years of mortgage banking experience. Prior to banking he worked in the automotive industry for companies such as General Motors and Michelin, N.A. Strong communications, accessibility, problem\-solving, and a relentless drive are attributes that help his clients successfully reach the closing table, whether it's a purchase or refinance, an existing home or new custom home build. Outside of work, Bobby serves on the board of directors for Water Mission, an international engineering non\-profit providing sustainable, safe water solutions for those in developing countries and disaster areas. He is an active member of St Andrews Church (Mt. Pleasant), and enjoys the beach with his family, a little golf, and sneaking off to Crested Butte, CO any chance he gets.
