Since its inception in 1969, McLeod Center has served over 168,000 clients and become the largest Substance Abuse Treatment Facility in the Carolinas. McLeod Center offers Adult, Adolescent, Family, and Criminal Justice services at the Charlotte headquarters and 9 different Narcotic Treatment clinics across North Carolina.
