Southwest Charlotte STEM Academy is a free, public charter school nestled in the Steele Creek area of Charlotte which is the fastest growing area in Mecklenburg County! We currently serve students in grades K-8. Our school is quickly growing into North Carolina’s “premier STEM School” as we provide all students with interactive science, technology, engineering, and math-centered approach to learning. We are also a workshop model school for reading.
