Trustworthy professionals.We had a few spots of mold on our ceiling in our new home and called for a free consultation.Scope Clean came after regular office hours (the only time we were home) and within seconds of seeing the mold, asked to see the outside of the house. That's when the team identified that the areas of mold were perfectly aligned with the openings our attic that allow airflow into the house. The cold air from outside and hot air from the inside caused a temperature differential that was causing water to condense in those specific areas on our ceiling.They cleaned the mold for us, but also gave tips on how to prevent this from happening and how to contain the issue moving forward. True professionals. We will definitely call them back should we need additional professional help.

We recently had a water damage loss to our condominium unit.  The water did damage to not only our unit but also the unit directly below ours. Scope Clean has been extremely involved in assessing the damages and coordinating remediation and restoration with the owners of the unit below, the condo association, insurance company, contractors, and ourselves.  I give them a high-five for their involvement and commitment to getting the problems resolved in a timely and satisfactory way in this complicated situation.
