Eye 1 was founded over 25 years ago in Yellow Springs, Ohio. True, it was an unusual burg (we had bovine neighbors) to open a high-end, unique eyewear store. Word spread quickly about the eyewear store that carried unbelievably cool frames and we became a destination for folks far and wide. Fast forward to 2000 when we opened the Hyde Park location. In 2005 we closed the Yellow Springs store and opened a store in Dayton at 2319 Far Hills Avenue, Oakwood. Our selection may vary by store, but frames are easily transferred.
